Jacqui Henson on her first few months at Attain.

Tell us a little bit about yourself

I have a background in marketing and administration across a range of disciplines, with the majority of my experience within the Financial Services sector. I have a successful track record of streamlining and refining processes for more effective outputs and I’m a firm believer in combining existing expertise with fresh perspectives for innovative solutions and successful growth. Outside of work, I pursue creative endeavours through personal craft projects, as well as thrifting and curating quirky and colourful decor items for my home.

How have your first few months been at Attain?

Following a comprehensive yet gentle induction process, I have felt supported from all angles, with everyone offering their time and assistance no matter the query at hand. From day 1 I was able to get stuck into my first project, whilst concurrently learning all about the ‘Attain way’. I have been accommodated and trusted to fulfil my role in a way that works for both me and the company, and have gained immense job-satisfaction in my time so far.

What attracted you to Attain?

As my first role within the Healthcare sector, Attain stuck out to me as a company with corporate values that align with my personal values (particularly transparency, rigour and wellbeing) and it has since become evident that these are much more than just words on a page. Coming from a varied professional background, my role at Attain plays to a lot of the skills and expertise I’ve gained and allows me to be part of a company that makes a tangible difference to the health and care of people from every walk of life.

What’s the best thing about being employed with Attain?

Without a doubt, it’s the people and their consistent embodiment of Attain’s values. From the thought-out interview process and thorough induction to regular check-ins and coffee catchups, it is clear that there is a culture of care woven through everything that Attain and its people do.

What do you hope the future brings for you with Attain?

I hope I can continue to hone and develop my skillset, while making valuable contributions to the company’s and its people’s development. I enjoy the variety of my day-to-day tasks, and I look forward to getting stuck into more new and exciting projects in future.
