We have already made significant progress in several areas, such as our staff volunteering policy, our move to remote working and removal of a central head office, IT recycling and re-purposing, promotion of public transport through our expenses policy and our electric vehicle scheme. Also, on an annual basis we select a charity each year to support which is nominated and voted on by our staff. This year we are supporting the Trussell Trust.

To further achieve our aims, we have also established a dedicated social value programme and team to deliver our work plan over the next 12 months.

We are currently developing our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy that focuses on our clients, our company, and our people and aims to:

  • reduce the impact on the environment from our services;
  • ensure that we have an inclusive community and a workforce that reflects society; and
  • ensure we strive to provide the best possible services to our clients and live up to our values in everything we do.
