Attain’s Service Transformation team combines extensive clinical experience with a robust project and change management approach to identify and deliver transformational change.

We work in partnership with healthcare providers and funders to improve the performance and quality of services, reduce cost, and implement innovative new models of care through the following solutions:

  • System transformation – working with regional footprints to transform entire healthcare systems by implementing new and more integrated models of accountable care, including support for national vanguard sites.
  • Clinical service redesign – working with clinicians and patients to redesign clinical services and pathways to implement best practice, reduce variation, and improve performance and quality outcomes.
  • Cost reduction – supporting providers and commissioners to manage demand, optimise processes, and increase the efficiency of services in order to achieve financial sustainability. This includes the identification, development, and delivery of Cost Improvement and QIPP programmes, underpinned by robust governance arrangements and the provision of embedded PMO support to enable financial recovery and turnaround.

The team adopts an inclusive, rigorous, evidence based approach to deliver change that places patients, clinicians, and carers at the forefront of the process.
