Gareth Hartley photoGareth is a Director at Attain and leads our Service Transformation Team, who work in partnership providers and commissioners identify, develop, and deliver transformational change which improves health and wellbeing outcomes and supports value for money.

Gareth has over ten years’ experience of working with a range of NHS clients, and combines strategic, financial, and programme management skills to deliver improved patient outcomes and better value for money. He is highly experienced in the development and implementation of robust and coherent business cases that lead to tangible change, and has a successful track record of supporting collaboration between different NHS organisations.

Since joining Attain, Gareth has led on a number of high profile roles and complex change programmes, including the development of system wide sustainable transformation plans; acute service reconfiguration; Board level support for financial recovery and turnaround; the transformation of integrated out of hospital care using a capitated budget model and outcomes based approach; and the development of Primary Care at scale.
