Our recruitment process

We operate a flexible recruitment process as our teams are integrated and collaboration is key.

We operate a four stage recruitment process:

  • Initial screening (telephone) with a HR lead
  • Technical screening (telephone) with a service lead
  • Assessment centre (London Office)
  • Final stage interview (London Office)
