Helen Pyecroft


Helen is a Director at Attain and our Head of Strategy. Since joining Attain in 2012, Helen has supported her health and social care clients to design and deliver strategy for service transformation. Helen has worked across providers and commissioners to support clients with their vision, strategies, roadmaps, business case development, operating models and organisational structures, relationship and partnership working, capacity and capability and governance.

Examples of Helen’s work include working closely with a whole system provider group in South West London where she is facilitating the design of a new model of care for out of hospital, working as Programme Director for a Whole Systems Integrated Care Pioneer, where she led the design and delivery of a new model of care for older adults and with two London acute providers to review and design options for a shared model of care in a clinical specialism.

Helen started her career as a civil servant and for 15 years since, has been a public-sector management consultant. She won the Sunday Times Change Management Consultant of the Year Award in 2007.

Working for Avail Consulting, Tribal Group and Capita, Helen delivered large scale programmes and projects for the Department for Education, Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Royal Mail, Home Office, numerous local authorities and organisations across the health sector.
