Tell us a little bit about yourself
Working as a consultant over the last few years for different clients from different industries, I have always had a passion to use my knowledge and skills in an area which can help people’s health and wellbeing. In my pervious role at KPMG, I exercised this passion by getting involved in a small number of projects focusing on the healthcare industry. Consequently, I decided to move to an organisation which really values people’s health and wellbeing and try to use my knowledge to help and improve people’s quality of life. One month into my role, I couldn’t be happier because I truly feel that I am working for a consultancy firm that is a pioneer in working and collaborating with the NHS to help and improve society’s health and wellbeing.
How have your first 30 days been at Attain?
My first 30 days at Attain have been incredible. I have met a lot of great people with varied skills and experiences. Everyone at Attain, regardless of their position and organisational level, are super friendly and helpful. I got involved with key internal projects and I am starting my first client project in Norfolk this week which I am really excited about it.
What attracted you to Attain?
After working for six years in both the public and private sector and especially after working the last two years for one of the big four, I was keen to move to an organisation which truly puts people at the heart of everything that they do. Attain’s organisational culture truly reflects this and the fact that Attain caps its profit at 12% shows that money is not everything at Attain but improving people’s health and wellbeing is more valued.
What’s the best thing about being employed with Attain?
Working with a bunch of friendly and professional people on a daily basis is a valuable asset which is not easy to find in many of today’s organisations. Also, because Attain builds partnerships and long term working relationships with its clients, it makes it easier for employees to get to know their clients better and investigate their problems with more detail. This can result in higher quality of work that we offer to our clients.
What do you hope the future brings for you with Attain?
In my opinion, Attain and it’s people offer all the essential elements to me to learn, progress and improve myself both in my professional and personal life. And I am very much looking forward to developing myself and progressing within the organisation.
