Tell us a little bit about yourself

I graduated with a marketing degree in 2012 and I was offered a role at the London School of Economics. I have spent the last four years of my career working within finance and accounts. Prior to Attain, I was working for a PR company.

How have your first 30 days been at Attain?

My first 30 days went by really quickly and I had a warm welcome from everyone in Attain. The company away day took place during my first week which was a great opportunity to meet so many intelligent, capable and diverse colleagues. The meeting also allowed me to understand Attain’s future directions.

What attracted you to Attain?

When I came across the role, I perused Attain’s website for insight and the company’s strong commitment to the NHS which is evident. Attain’s values and mission fit with my career aspirations. Attain attracted me because I want to be part of the working and supportive culture.

What’s the best thing about being employed with Attain?

People are always willing to help and they’re so approachable. The culture and attitudes of colleagues makes me feel proud to be part of Attain. It is clear that Attain is focused on the delivery of meaningful change, and providing improvements to the NHS services.

What do you hope the future brings for you with Attain?

A variety of new skills and professional development. I also look forward to continuing my studies in finance. Attain’s strong learning orientation will support me to develop and grow in my career.
