Who we are

Founded in 2011 by three professionals with deep health, consulting and industry expertise, Attain’s purpose has always been to transform health and care services. With a deeply held vision of a values driven organisation with an ethical commercial model, Mark, Martin and Struan have focused on delivering real change for the sector.

Five years on, Attain is a market leader of service transformation support to the health and care sectors and its 85+ team continues to grow and develop. We have worked with organisations with a combined budget of £25 billion and covering a population in excess of 20 million.

Our people

The Attain team has brought together people with public and private sector backgrounds – including nurses, social workers, doctors, physiotherapists, management consultants, commissioners, procurement and contract management professionals and information and data analysts. As individuals we bring something different to our customers and Attain’s impact and insight comes from our combined strength, expertise and experiences. United by the core values of the public sector with private sector commercial insight and good practice we work in multi-disciplinary teams to bring a fresh perspective and energy.
