Reviewing and delivering QIPP

• Identify progress across the local programme by service and locality, areas of concerns, likely interventions and resource implications for future delivery.

• We focus on a service area (e.g. unscheduled care, Continuing Health care, etc) with the Cluster/CCG team to deliver in line with QIPP targets for that clinical service. This will mean working through the suitable steps around the commissioning cycle with CCG and other stakeholders to achieve.

• Focus on implementation working with CCG / Cluster staff to develop a joined up approach that delivers long term sustainable benefits.
