How – establish clear project governance (e.g. project plan, risk log and stakeholder analysis) and agree ‘what good looks like’ for the delivery of each project. This would include leading regular engagement of primary and secondary care clinicians to assess progress against key pre-defined metrics. Monitoring and meditating any risks or issues.
