Embedded Delivery

We recognise that NHS organisations are facing financial pressures in order to make their commissioning budget ‘go further’ to meet increasing levels of demand. We provide embedded resource within commissioning organisations to deliver defined roles or functions. We also have the capability to lead the management and delivery of service areas (e.g. unscheduled care). 

We are confident about the application of procurement regulations and how to support commissioners. For example when it is appropriate to tender services, what other options are available (while remaining compliant with EU regulations) and how to apply commercial experience to achieve a suitable outcome, preferably for both the commissioner and the provider.
