Contract and Performance Management

Our Contract and Performance Management offering to supports both Commissioning Support Organisations and CCGs ensure they are able to:

• Deliver new commissioning arrangements predicated on strong and effective management of providers.

• Ensure Contract management acts as a framework to hold all providers to account for delivering high quality care.

• Have NHS Standard Contracts in place with all providers to enable robust commercial relationships, but must also develop strong working relationship.

• Build in effective contract management that will allow commissioners to manage and improve the performance of providers, in terms of activity, quality of care, and patient outcomes.

• Utilise bespoke systems to provide commissioner decision support information to ensure placements are made with evidence of quality and value for money.
