Commercial Advisory

• Providing commercial advice such as market analysis, commercial strategy, procurement advice, performance management, project management through to full category.

• Support the development of commercial strategies, procurement plans and development of stretch targets to enable delivery above and beyond expectations.

• A current live example of this is that we are currently working with NHS Wales to advise them on the provision of Mental Health across the country, in an on-going role.

• Attain employ a number of senior commercial staff with extensive experience of both Public and Private sectors.
