Management of data and production of information is fundamental to successful healthcare commissioning. Our work includes:

• Evaluations of organisational spend and support delivery of an options appraisal document to identify cash releasing savings.

• Modelling of patient pathways will enable measurement of the impact of potential changes enables effective commissioning decision (e.g. QIPP).

• Identification, specification, manipulation and effective presentation of data will support internal governance arrangements of commissioners (e.g. peer review of GP referral patterns) as well as provider performance (metrics).

• Working with organisations to get the most out of their existing data and IT infrastructure to leverage what is already in place, before they make further additional investment.
