• Pay and benefits

As you would expect from a professional organisation seeking to attract the best candidates from both public and private sector backgrounds, Attain provides an excellent benefits package on top of competitive salaries and a great place to work.

    Our benefits include:

    • 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
    • Competitive pension scheme with employer contribution
    • Discretionary bonus scheme
    • Life assurance
    • Wide employee share ownership
    • Childcare vouchers

Whilst we are proud of the benefits we can offer our staff, what sets us apart even more is our commitment to their wellbeing, which is one of the core values driving everything we do. In order to deliver value to our customers, we expect dedication, commitment, hard work, and flexibility from all our staff. In return, we recognise their achievements, and work hard to ensure that all our employees have a good work-life balance and the opportunity to develop and enjoy what they do.

  • Our recruitment process

We operate a flexible recruitment process as our teams are integrated and collaboration is key.

We operate a four stage recruitment process:

    1. Initial screening (telephone) with a HR lead
    2. Technical screening (telephone) with a service lead
    3. Assessment centre (London Office)
    4. Final stage interview (London Office)

    How to prepare:

    • Think about why you want to work for Attain
    • Think about why you applied to the role
    • Think about your experience and how that is relevant to Attain
  • Learning and development

Development of our staff is fundamental to our success and ongoing growth and there is a clear progression pathway whatever level you are recruited into.

Your background and experience may mean you have a natural ‘fit’ in one of our teams. However, as part of your development, and the continuous improvement of our services to our clients, we encourage all our staff to work on a variety of assignments and many of our projects are cross functional. Your personal and professional development will be accelerated by the amazing opportunities you will have to work:

    • On different projects
    • In different client organisations
    • In different geographies
    • With different teams of Attain and client colleagues.

We are a tight-knit team and invest in regular away-days and whole-company training events to ensure we continue to build the team and update our skills together. Our performance management system is rigorous and will ensure your learning and development needs are identified, and met, to the benefit of our clients, our company, and you.

In addition to specific support for individual needs, some of the learning and development interventions all our staff benefit from are:

    • Excel training
    • Prince 2 Foundation training
    • Advanced project management training (bespoke to Attain)
    • Internal Skills Coaching scheme
    • Internal Mentoring scheme
    • Personal development programme including 360 degree feedback and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
    • Study support

Longer term, a leadership development programme is in place to support staff members with the talent to develop their career in senior management, whilst others are encouraged to deepen their technical knowledge or achieve professional accreditation in their chosen specialism.

Attain can provide the opportunities but your development path is what you choose to make it.
