Attain is currently working with 7 PCT Clusters and in excess of 40 CCGs.  All of our staff have extensive experience of designing and establishing new organisations within the NHS. This collective knowledge makes us well placed to respond to the challenge of developing commissioning arrangements within the new NHS landscape.

We have worked with PCT Clusters and CCGs across Yorkshire and the Humber, East of England, North West, London, South East Coast and South Central, and can demonstrate a strong track record of delivery. Alongside our record, we have established tried and tested approaches towards CCG configuration, QIPP delivery and Commissioning Support Organisation development, and have built up a deep understanding of the risks and issues faced throughout the process.

We also recognise that each PCT Cluster and CCG will have different requirements depending on their individual circumstances, geography, and stage of development.  We therefore understand the need to adapt our approach to meet local needs, rather than simply employing a ‘one size fits all’ philosophy.
