Attain is currently recruiting staff for both permanent and associate roles with experience of delivering all elements of the commissioning lifecycle in the health sector.
We are interested in hearing from individuals who can demonstrate a track record of delivering competencies including needs assessment, pathway redesign and contract management - either within the NHS or in externally aligned organisations. Applicants should demonstrate deep service area knowledge and/or commercial acumen.
We have a particular requirement for organisation development expertise and experience of implementing successful change, on a permanent or associate basis. This requirement is for individuals who are confident being part of, or leading, a team with significant engagement with senior customers.
